          I have used Wix e-profolio for almost a year and it’s definitely a wonderful experience for me. I learn how to design a personal website, appropriate word fronts for readers and even post my works on the website as a record of my life.

          In this year, I gain several benefits in this project. First, I think my English writing skills have improved after the assignment for posting my journal on the website. I will concern about what kind of materials are suitable for my readers and how to catch my readers’ eyes! Besides, I can express my feelings through writing a journal and post on it, which is a relax task and it’s without pressure! Second, I think I also benefit from conducting self-assessment and peer-assessment of the Wix e-portfolio because that is the chance for me to see other classmates’ websites. Throughout this process, I can acquire a lot from others websites’ design or their word usage in each work and journal. Then I will go back to my wix e-profolio to see if there’s any part that I can improve or edit to become better. Thus, I really appreciate this system for me to enhance myself. Last, I think posting on wix is extremely different from uploading my assignments on ecourse2. Composition isn’t an assignment anymore since I post my composition in wix. It gradually becomes a work just like I am a blogger or writer. To sum up, I absolutely gain a lot of benefits from this project.

         However, there are still some difficulties for me. I am a person without any art talent, so it is very annoying for me to deal with several visual designs on my website and it really wastes time for me at first. But I think I gradually overcome these problems until now. I read several classmates’ website to acquire some skills and then apply them to enrich my website. Moreover, I think the technical problems will be every student’s nightmare due to the lack of knowledge of this system. I sometimes feel frustrated to use several tools and create something new on my e-profolio. To be frank, although I use this website for almost a year, I am still confused with many functions because the system works differently from Facebook or Google. But I think I will try my best to overcome them in the future thanks to my obsession of this project!

          Finally, the experience of creating the wix e-profolio is great and benefits me a lot in this whole academic year. Thus, I think will keep doing this in the future to record my works and I want to create a colorful website for myself.
