Choosing a date which is available for most people like Friday or Saturday nights and finding a good place with convenient transportation are necessary. By doing so, it will increase the willingness for people to join the activity. The last step is to send out the invitation card. It has to catch people’s eyes and clearly present our ideas and the information toward the party. Then, people will know much more about our party!
